⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had an excellent experience living in this community. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and very peaceful. The management team is professional, friendly, and truly cares about the residents. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been quick to respond and very helpful. Maintenance is also very reliable and handles requests promptly, which makes living here stress-free. The grounds and amenities are kept in great condition, and the overall atmosphere of the community feels safe and welcoming. If you’re looking for a well-managed apartment community with great staff and a comfortable living environment, I would definitely recommend living here. It’s been a great place to call home. This was the easiest application that I’ve ever done. I submitted everything at 4:38 pm on a Sunday and by 4:56 that same day, I had an approval. Shauni is super sweet and knowledgeable regarding the complex. She laid everything out that is expected. Ms. Lona is so kind, welcoming and knowledgeable as well!! It really deserves no stars. My first sign to RUN was on move in day and I was killing roaches all day. I have never so many bugs in all my life. I even learnt a new bug called ear wig that infested the place. I would kill like 100 a day. The pest control guy probably saw me every week and it did not help. Second sign was the smokey smell. I thought it was previous owners but no. When the upstairs apartment smoked their stuff my apartment was like a chimney. I invested in everything possible to help since I had a newborn. Nothing helped. The apartment flooded 3 times and we would wake up to a puddle of water every time. We were left with clean up and then usually mold. As if flooding wasn't bad enough, the upstairs apartment had a leak twice and we where flooded from above. There resoluti
