North Park Apartments

0/10 stay away Honest review of my time living at North Park. First off the appliances are old. The stove/oven. Never truly worked. The oven burned everything. The dishwasher never worked as well. The maintenance people never truly fixed anything that needed to be fixed. The first couple of months were okay then started to notice roaches. The apartments are infested. Of course they offer someone to come and spray but that doesn’t really help. The apartment complex also has a problem with spiders outdoors and indoors !!. Terrible cat problem, cats being fed and doing their business everywhere around the apartment complex. Management does nothing about the issue. The ladies working in the office are rude. If you’re trying to move out they give you a hard time and will make up anything to

It has been more than one year that i am requesting to change the fence , reminding them every month ,but no action has been taken till date . I don’t have any sense of security as stray animals come from under the fence , it’s missing a part of it . Anyone can easily jump over it or just break it , it is deteriorated already. Will the management be responsible for any harm by animal or if theft happens? The whole point of this review is to remind them that the action is necessary. Please take action as soon as possible.

Did an initial walk through with raquel and did not see any roaches looked all over only thing was the apartment had a strong cigarette smell which they told us they would clean.. fast forward to move in day we signed and walked in to a dirty roach infested place… when we moved in the office had closed so we had to wait till the next day to go to the office.. Hispanic young girl did not even seem to care she just told us we can either leave or sign up for pest control which we did not want either we just wanted our money back, so looks like they deal with this often. We then sent all photos to the owner and still they did not want to give us our money bak without checking in with their legal team to see if they can keep the money (deposit and first months) THEY JUST WANTED TO FIND A WAY TO

I have read the reviews and I haven't live here long but it baffles me that people have such horrid things to say. The apartments are older but that is to be expected, my agent explained to me that the buildings are old and it is what it is. There is no reason anyone should have pest… especially because pest control is Free!!!!! The office staff are nice people.. Take these reviews with a grain of salt because people don't tell the whole truth. If you are interested in the apartments here, then go talk to the staff and go see the apartments for yourself. I love it here.
