Big shout-out to Eric Sadlak for his professionalism and NPP for a great renting experience. Rent was paid on a tenant portal, allowed prepay and there were no fees for transactions. We had a doorlock that broke on us and NPP expedited processing a locksmith to come out and re-do the locks in a reasonable time. We also had a few edits to the lease which clarified a few topics, which was easily accommodated with our property manager. Renewal documentation was a simple process. The only reason we moved is because we are expecting a child. Lucky whoever gets the place next! Overall this is a top quality company that is not nearly as shady as some of the other prop management companies that exist in Seattle. This is a genuine 5-star rating. My partner and I lived in a North Pacific Property for nearly 7 years. Our manager, Ashley, was absolutely fantastic about helping us communicate with the owners and take good care of the home while we lived there. When maintenance needs sprang up, the online system for requests worked well and the techs were all friendly and informative when they dropped by. But mostly, if you’re lucky enough to get Ashley as your manager, I bet it will be the best company-managed rental experience you’ve ever had.

While staying at a property that NPP managed, it was fine & the property manager really had my back, however at the end was when everything went downhill. NPP took advantage of the large deposit. The deposit was $1450 (typically places are $300) and I now know it’s bc they want to charge the tenant for as much as possible. I was charged over $450 for patchwork on the walls along with some small fridge repair. I cannot fathom how that takes that long and that much time. Additionally, when I asked for an invoice for what I was being charged for, I never received one. NPP, I would like at least $100 of my money back!

We lived at the same townhome for 4.5 years under NPP’s management. To start, the maintenance team deserves 5/5 stars and I genuinely feel bad that they're looped into this review. Our first property manager was also fantastic; attentive, respectful and responsive. The low rating is reflective of our second property manager over the last 1.5 years/move out process. Context: -The owner notified us that they were looking to place the property for sale. We had just resigned our lease for 12 months and the property manager communicated that the owner wanted to “incentivize” us by giving back our security deposit (which we legally have the right to upon move out, less any damages). This was the first observance that they did not have our best interest in mind nor knew the legal laws in WA. -N

Update: We've now been with NPP for almost 3 years and things have continued to run very smoothly. When occasional issues with the property have cropped up our property manager Becca has always been prompt and very knowledgeable. Couldn't recommend them more. I recently contracted North Pacific to manage my home as a rental. They've been great to work with. They were able to quickly rent out the property. Gave great advice on rental rates and associated aspects. They have been very prompt with property maintenance and depositing monthly rent into our account. I've now worked with several property managers at various companies and North Pacific is far and away the best!
