I've lived here for over 10 years never really had any problems
I love living here so far. Whenever I have an issue Ravin is on top of it. The maintenance crew is simply amazing and very friendly. I'm in a building with great and friendly residents. My building is quiet and we get along well. The only downside if any would be the washers and dryers are expensive for the size and dryers don't really dry.
It's a community of Retired Veterans and citizens with one goal to be stable and safety alert. The property owners renovate and fix up daily. I'm happy because someone cares for me to. Im a Veteran.
The living is ok, has a lot of foundation and maintenance issues but overall decent, I love the staff
Would have liked to live here but I don't like paying each time I do laundry. Washer/dryer in unit is preferred or at least a hookup.
