North Mountain Village

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The community is clean, quiet. The office staff is friendly specially Ana Duarte she is always willing to help with any questions, and maintenance requests are handled quickly .The location is super convenient—close to shopping, restaurants. Overall, it feels safe, comfortable, and like home. Ana definitely deserves more than a 5 star review , thanks to her my apartments maintenance issues have been resolved after living here for over 2 years.

The apartment itself they look ok, few stuff that were needed no biggie. 1.The a/c doesnt cool or anything it doesn’t work. 2. The sink we are having Issues since we move there. We keep speaking with maintenance and we get the same answer. They are getting the part. And we have horrible smell in our apartment because the sink in clogue. 3. The pool was open one summer and the other summer it was closed. They fixed and never opened.

From the 4 years I have living here this is the best the property has ever been. Not a maintenance person or office person has cared as much as this new staff cares. The regional managers have a bad attitude but office staff is great. Anna Duarte has been great help and solved so many of our issues that we’ve dealt with forever. Hector has been the ONLY maintenance man who has ever worked.

North Moutain Village Needs to be Audited by State and Shut Down. They put tenants and residents in dangerous living conditions. One major issue is the water damage and leaks in the foundation walls securing the building. The walls between the 1st and 2nd floor are bulged from the swelling unfixed rain damage. In the two years we lived there we reported our leak and water damage several times in writing to management and the work order were left incomplete exposing our family to black mold and respiratory illnesses. A second major issue is the AC Units do not work properly and do not meet the demands of Hot Temperatures in summer. Our apartment on the second floor was 86°F. We put work orders in and letters to management. We reported it to Teaxas Health Inspector. He received multiple call

Unfortunately now that Natalie is gone my experience is no longer good. My apartment has fallen apart and I can’t get anyone to come fix a thing. Thank you to Natalie for her Outstanding customer service, she was extremely accommodating. The individual (Natalie) who processed my application deserves six stars for their performance; extremely satisfied.
