I absolutely love living here We have the best landlord here at north market south carrol apartments. Ms Brown definitely meets all of the requirements here, she goes above and beyond for her tenants she is the main reason I’ve chosen to stay as long as I have I highly doubt I’ll come across another like her and I truly appreciate everything she has done and continues to do. If I could give 100 stars I absolutely would do so!! So thank you Erika for doing way more than just “your job”!

yo I have been living here since January 28, 2017 so I’ve experienced a lot of different office workers and let me tell you Erica A1 top-tier. I pray she never goes nowhere. She gets her job done anything that needs to be fixed any questions that needs to be asked anything that needs to be done in regards of my apartment she gets it done. And I appreciate her so much and I hope and pray all other residents appreciate her the way I do Erica Thank you so much 👌👌👌

I’d highly recommend this complex for restarting, building or just ready to settle down ! The leasing office is always available, even when needing a callback is never more than 15min turn around time. With an easily accessible portal from paying rent to needing service in the unit. The maintenance team is phenomenal, they are out within a hour and walk you thru the issue and guarantee any issue to be resolved in a timely manner. The units are very spacious and up to date, but i cannot stress enough how affordable they are. Def worth the price in the best area of Frederick!

Erika Brown is my landlord she is very sweet and easy going, always willing to help and always available for any questions or concerns. Hands Down the best landlord I’ve ever had! Highly recommend.

I have lived here since 2019 and have been through a lot of leasing office people but Erika Brown has been the best since she’s got here. I pray she never leaves, she gets things done in a timely manner and she listens and try’s to help with any and all issues.
