Avoid North Manor Goldmark Properties If you value your health, peace of mind, and money, stay away from North Manor and Goldmark rental properties. During my time here, I experienced: Repeated water leaks into my home. Mold and mildew issues. Lack of communication and poor management response. Since moving out, my constant migraines have improved a clear sign of how much this place negatively impacted my health. Living here drained my happiness, caused constant stress, and made daily life miserable. College students and young renters: please take my advice and look elsewhere. I will never rent from Goldmark again.

All staff is amazing! They’ve been on top of fixing issues in my home, ect., and I’m grateful!
