When you give rent late the manager will ask you more than 4 times if you do have a job just because she can’t remember if you do work or not and if you don’t answer her text messages as the second she send you the txt she will send you a txt saying that if you don’t answered her in 15 minutes she will go inside your apartment regardless if you are home or not she will tell you that she has every right to go inside the apartment if you don’t answer even though the lease says and by law the manager has to give you a notice days before or certain hours that she has to go inside the apartment her excuse is that she has to make sure the apartment is decent but in my case she just want to see what you really doing or why you are not answering her txt on time , rent for her is priority if you ar

I used to live there almost eight years ago, and I LOVED IT!!! Lily the manager she is very flexible and understandable. The Rooms and restroom are spacious compare to other apartments plus they have tile through out the apartment and refrigerated air. IT's a peaceful community, you should give it a try. :)
