North Lane Apartments

I have lived at North Lane Apartments since the summer of 2021 and I love living here! I love the spacious carpeted rooms, the location (a short uber away from the train station or to downtown), and above all else the fantastic service and support from the North Lane staff! Lydia is an excellent resource for any leasing questions and Martin is the go to guy for any maintenance needed on your apartment! I would highly recommend North Lane Apartments!

Lived here for 7 months (6month 30day lease as I was new to the area) from 01dec2023 to 30jun2024 in a 1bed and loved my time here! To clarify I left to reduce the driving distance to my workplace, and downsize my living quarters as I came to know the region better. All the staff were helpful, pleasant, and knowledgable about everything a tenant might need. Martin is on maintenance and one of the most personable and willing to help staff members I've ever dealt with, whether its likely thr 4th time in 2 days he shoveling out the sidewalks (pic is before he got to it) or moving quickly to stop water from leaking down from the upstairs neighbors. My husband and I have been living at North Lane Apartments for almost 3 years now. It truly is a nice place to live, we do not regret choosing North Lane as our first home. Lydia the property manager works so hard to make it a great place to live too. She really goes above and beyond to meet your needs and make you comfortable. Maintenance is quick and does a great job. All the resident I have met are friendly too. My only gripe about North Lane is there are few people who smoke (tobacco, weed). It’s quite frustrating when it creeps into your home every now and again. For that I’d give North Lane a 4.5/5 rating but if smoking was prohibited, this place would be a 5/5.
