I have purchased my home 1 year ago and must say it’s been absolutely miserable dealing with Heather wolstenholm. No call backs and the worst part being ignored concerning landscaping and any other issues to bring up with the property management office. I would strongly suggest you think before you purchase a home when they are involved with the HOA.

I am dealing with a flood situation in my condo's basement. North Jersey Property Management has refused to take responsibility for the mold and damages even though I have documented proof it was their negligence in not cleaning out a clogged sewer drain. This is going to cost thousands of dollars to clean up the mold and replace the sheet rock, carpeting and repainting that now needs to be done. If I had known this HOA would be so difficult to deal with and would pass the buck on who pays for all the damages and mold I would never have purchased a condo here in Sparta Commons. Buyer Beware! DO NOT buy a condo or townhouse that they manage.

Absolutely awful company. They never respond to emails. Heather and Kami need lesson in customer service. The company has no presence. There is no monthly alert with your fee listed. Never reminders about holiday schedules. No response at all. Try anyone else.

North Jersey property Managment working their best way to handle issues between owners, and tried to get best result. They are responding home owners’requests very efficient.

These ladies manage the association where my daughter lives in Hamburg. The few times I needed to contact them they were always super friendly, responsive and helpful. Thank you to Jackie and Heather!!!
