Nice place for children to live but not so good on their maintenance of plumbing

The property management here let’s their tenants do whatever they please. So if you like a lawless community, where destruction of property is okay and funny, you’ll love it here. Don’t even live in the houses just have to deal with the lousy people that they let stay here no matter what they do to others around. Littering all over the place. Doesn’t matter where, could be their yard, the street, the sidewalk, or your yard. Could also mention the parties on the street every day when all the adults are drunk and let the kids do what they want. Which can include throwing rocks at cars moving or parked. Trash.
