North Creek Apartments

Horrible complex. Rude staff, the dumpsters are always full and disgusting dog poop everywhere, the apartment itself it always falling apart. People park terribly and no repercussions. My unit flooded twice, the glass closest door shattered and was never replaced and they’re incredibly overpriced. Do NOT live here

The move-in process was smooth, and everything seemed great during the first year. The staff was helpful, and the amenities were in good condition. However, after that initial period, the quality of living here has dramatically declined. The management seems to prioritize dogs over children, with pet owners frequently allowing their dogs to relieve themselves on the grass, leaving a mess at almost every turn. It’s frustrating, especially since there seems to be no enforcement of pet waste cleanup. The apartment complex has also started to deteriorate. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly but paint and other Things are start falling apart, and it’s been really disappointing to see the lack of care for the property over time. Perhaps the most alarming issue was the lack of communication

My wife and I had a wonderful experience from the time we inquired about the apartment. The staff were very helpful, responsive and accommodating. We hope that the quality of service will remain and continue to progress and always maintain a good relationship with its tenants. Thank you for a warm welcome to our new home. Smoke Alarm went off around 1:00 AM. I waited till morning to call for service and as I filled the request One of the questions about what type of service needed the Question about Did you change the batteries? I did not know that I was responsible to do it myself. It look that there is electrical wires but they were not connected to the smoke detector so I removed and replaced the 9v battery. It worked! The sound went away Have 9v battery just in case the smoke detectors go off. Usually it happens after midnight 😃

When I first moved in things were great. Ive been here for a little over 2 years now. Lately it’s been horrible. My parking stall is right next to the garbage can and residents just leave trash anywhere. Throwing it over the wall, it’s always trash behind and right next to my car. The office doesn’t care to answer the phones anymore. Sometimes it takes about a week to complete my maintenance request. The dog feces problem is horrible !! I don’t understand why people have pets and don’t clean up after them. Just today I was walking to the mailbox with my son and it was dog waste on the side walk. People will literally let the dog use the bathroom right in front of your house. Some neighbors don’t show any type of respect for others! It would be nice to have a playground built for the child
