If I could leave 0 stars I would. This apartment complex is a joke. We moved out at the end of November and just got a letter from them charging us $1100 dollars for "damages" done to the apartment. I spent 2 days cleaning the entire apartment. As you can see from the photos, THERE WAS NO DAMAGE. Everyone that I know who was living there has moved out. Another tenant was charged $600 for "cleaning". DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS PLACE. They will take your deposit when you move out regardless of how clean you leave it. Landlords are not allowed to charge for normal wear and tear in PA.
Good Afternoon, I just wanted to touch base with ALL of you to let you know how pleased I am to be living here. I have only been here for a bit over a month but I already feel so very much at home. I appreciate everything that you did to help me make the transition and welcome me. The apartment is perfect and the amenities are as well. I also appreciate the communication about events and things happening around the complex. Again, thank you for being GREAT!! Hal Barrett
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. North Cornwall Commons Apartments looks nice from the outside, but that’s where the positives end. The management is unresponsive, rude, and clearly more interested in collecting rent than addressing tenant concerns. Maintenance requests take forever—if they’re even acknowledged—and when they finally show up, it’s a band-aid fix at best. All they want is their paycheck while they sit on their butts in the office, doing absolutely nothing to actually help residents. The walls are paper thin; you’ll hear your neighbors sneeze, argue, and run their washing machine at all hours. And if you’ve been missing your college party days, you’re in luck—because nothing says “home sweet home” like people blasting music on a Tuesday night at midnight. The “
Living here has been extremely frustrating, and management has done little to address ongoing problems. The fire alarm goes off for the entire building at least once a month, often multiple times. Even the fire department has left before the alarm was silenced, which shows how poorly the situation is handled. With a newborn at home, being woken up by these constant alarms is incredibly stressful. For $1,750 a month, the quality of living is far below what it should be. Parking is a nightmare — residents take reserved spots, cars are frequently blocked in, and nothing is enforced. Mail is often delivered to the wrong building, adding to the frustration. Overall, management has not taken responsibility or provided solutions for these repeated issues. I cannot wait until my lease is up. If
I can gather all of the negatives in single thread. Hope it will help before getting into Luxury Apartments. 1. Unreliable security door system: Residents report being locked out for hours due to failed door latches, and the 24-hour maintenance team is unresponsive even in urgent situations. 2. Poor and slow maintenance response: Tenants express frustration at the lack of timely help from maintenance, particularly when essential services or urgent repairs are needed. 3. Overpriced for what is delivered: Some residents believe the rents are too high given the issues experienced and regret moving in. 4. Better conditions elsewhere: At least one reviewer said they would rather return to a previous apartment with pest issues than stay at NCCA due to the negative experiences. 5. Lack o
