North Central Village

Javonna Brice was great with helping my grandmother into her new apartment. Very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything very thoroughly and even repeated her self if my grandmother didn’t understand! Thank you Ms. Brice for all your help

My grandma lives here and she was talking about how wonderful the new maintenance man is. The staff here have always been great they are so quick to help the residents and make sure they are well taken care of. The maintenance is also always fast to fix anything the residents may need fixed and they do it in a fast timely manner. All the staff here are polite respectful and they take good care of the residents. North central village is a place I highly recommend for anyone who has an older family member looking for a great community to live, the community is quiet, taken care of, and has friendly neighbors. Thank you to all the wonderful office staff and maintenance for taking such great care of my grandma we appreciate all that is done to make sure she has a great place to live comfortabl

I live here and have been since AUGUST 2010. I love my apartment. I don't like the area...We had security gates...we had security security officer's protecting us, we had a manager(Latasha) that was the best manager this place has ever had...she did her job professionally, caring.for the tenants...Now, we can't keep a maintenance person...have to wait forever to get someone to come and do repairs..I still love my apartment and I want to continue to live here, but honestly this place us going down hill...

The maintenance technician Dylan came through & installed the new dishwasher he was very helpful & straight to business after waiting 6 months I was very impressed with him & his work thank you all

I moved here on 28 Dec 21, I was put in a handicapped unit, which is not what I was shown when I was approved for a unit. I'm disabled, and I was promised another unit when one became available, it's 2024, 3 managers later and I'm still in the handicapped unit. one maintenance person
