Was advise that a credit check would not be done when initially applying for an Apartment but once the money was taken for application fee and admin fee a email received from office stating my application was denied after running credit and was told by office I should have read the paper before signing regardless of what was told. If you do not want your money taken and given false hope and false information up front do go there. My daughter is 19yrs old single mom, trying to get her first place and was taken advantage and out of $150 that could have been used somewhere else.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Moises on the maintenance crew! He is always respectful, friendly, and takes care of things the right way. It makes such a big difference knowing we’ve got someone that actually cares about keeping our apartments in good shape. You are awesome — thank you for everything you do!

This was a beautiful and safe place to live. Today the place is no longer safe they removed the security cameras, a security person who used to be at night is no longer there, they have stolen a lot and broken in to cars. the place remains dirty, garbage on any side of the property, parts of the property that are destroyed and unrepaired very unsafe for a family with kids or pets and not to mention the pool is almost never open and always dirty, And if we talk about maintenance you have to make a report and they arrive 2 or 3 days later. Previously once a month pest control arrived at your apt without having to ask for it, today they no longer do it and even so you have to pay, the trash valet should be optional and not have to pay for something you can do yourself.
