Worst apartment don't move there. Bad management apartments high and it's out dated inside. Mold is in the bathroom and the manager goes up on your rent without any writing documents stating why. Don't waste your money on these apartments find somewhere better. I would give a zero rating if I could that's how bad it is at these apartment. They don't like to fix stuff here.

We have been here for 3 months already & it is wonderful! Very quiet & peaceful, pretty much everyone is very friendly. The pool is lovely & grounds are very well maintained. Management is much nicer & gives you more freedom than anywhere else I have lived as far as hanging things in the wall, painting, holiday decorations, etc. Wiuld definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to move to the area.

My time as a resident of the North Arch Village community has been a life-changing experience. Lori truly cares about each and every person, a remarkable leadership quality that she has instilled into the environment. This is a community that is diverse, accepting, and allows everyone a place to be themselves authentically. The more time I spend here, the more I appreciate all the little details that make this place so special.

Worst place EVER. Management is awful. My mother rented an apartment here for 2 years. Every time I'd go visit her, for a few hours at most, the rental manager would come knocking asking how long I was staying. She had absolutely no privacy. I personally couldn't live like that. The pool is constantly undergoing maintenance. The a/c was constantly going out and the overall look of the apartment is dated and dark.

2 bedroom, has 1-1/2 baths, kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area, roomy living area, balcony/patio with two closets, a linen closet off kitchen, the bedrooms have windows, carpet and tile floors and fairly quiet complex
