Was recommended this lender from Rent to Retirement and wish I had not gone with them. This company lacks communication which is why my rating for them is so low. Had to reach out multiple times from different sources within company just to try to get answers/ updates. Even told Kyle I was disappointed with their service and he couldn't be bothered with a response. Closing dates kept getting pushed back last min multiple times with problems that could have been avoided had the company done their due diligence. Do not recommend.

Let me explain what happen, The worst experience I’ve ever had! Applying for FHA loan 2 months I was all good until the last day I was denied so the can keep escrow money of 4k!!! Doing everything above and beyond and beeing scammed and tricked by Kyle Hurley and Micheal Cook. Never do business with this people or company !!!! Be aware

My experience with NAF was positive, but what really prompted my review was the negative review about regarding 8 cold calls. Are you really negatively reviewing persistence? Bizarre... I guess it would make sense if you picked up and said stop calling, but otherwise I don't see how that is anything other than a positive attribute. If you said you weren't interested, disregard, but if they left 8 unanswered messages I find that drive to be admirable.

NAFC is the BEST mortgage company I have ever dealt with !!! I have bought multiple property’s over the past 30 years and the loan process had always been stressful and never ending. Greg and Dawn went out of their way to make this a positive experience. They were upfront about everything and there were no surprises. I never write Google reviews but NAFC and Greg and Dawn earned this one. I will go out of my way to reccomend NAFC for anyone that is getting a mortgage or a loan.

I worked with Calvin when I bought my first home and he was very helpful, explaining everything I needed to know. I highly recommend this financial firm!
