North 38 Apartments

Hello!! I have currently lived at North 38 for two years and have signed on to renew for next year as well. Management is so kind and helpful. I got locked out of my apartment my first year and they quickly helped me get into my apartment. They are proactive with anything that needs fixing or filter changes. The management is very engaged with the tenants and does lots of events, which always makes my day (FOODIE FRIDAY). I 100% recommend to stop by and check it out and put it on your list of places to live.

I’ve lived at North 38 for about 2 years now and I can’t imagine myself living anywhere else. The staff are always so friendly, maintenance comes promptly after a request is put in, and the community is great. People say it’s “far” from campus, but it’s really not. It’s a 10 minute drive to east or main campus, which is a normal commute time. I’m sadly graduating next semester, but I have really enjoyed North 38 and will definitely miss this space after graduation. Thanks for everything you guys do!

I currently live at North38 and have enjoyed my time here so far. It’s quieter than most other complexes off campus and has a prettier view. The staff are ever nice, there are often mini-events at the clubhouse, and amenities are very nice and clean! The only issue I have had so far is the wifi, it does cut out/not work optimally quite often. Other than that, the rooms are spacious as well as the bathrooms, and maintenance is very responsive and quick with repairs!

i love living at north 38!! you get what you pay for, so i am always enjoying their amenities like the gym, pool table, and free printing. also north 38 always has free food every friday, and giveaways almost every week. i love my apartment, the layout and balcony is nice and i never worry about bugs, cold water, no heat, or any other problems. and maintenance is super fast if there were any problems, for example our sinks garbage disposal was leaking and they fixed it the very next morning. it doesn’t get much better than this

North38 has been a great place to live! Staff is super friendly. Apartments are clean and fully furnished! The amenities are great including the gym, pool, hot tub, pool table, etc. Any minor issues have been quickly resolved. I would recommend living here to anyone!
