While our lease was still active, the landlord instructed new tenants to start utilities early, which resulted in our gas, electricity, and water being canceled before our move-out date. If I had not called the utility companies myself, we would have been left without services while still legally occupying the home. This was a clear violation of our lease agreement and caused unnecessary disruption to my household. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience and I would not recommend them at all they barely fixed anything

We rented a house for approximately 2 years with no issues ...Then in Mid December of last year we moved to a different location, In December we cleaned the house and returned the keys we also turned in a 30 day notice for January ,We also paid rent for January with a verbal agreement to go ahead and put the house on the market since “no one was living there”Take in mind we don’t have keys or access to this house any longer in January we have had absolutely no contact with Nortex here is it February 13 and I receive a text from Mandy stating we need to make a payment for February?So I send a text back stating they can use the deposit we didn’t receive back-for The month of February then that’s when things get ugly Mr. Micheal D calls me and state that the house is not clean to his expec

I absolutely LOVE Patty Mclemore at Nortex. Lonestar Financing recommended her when we were house hunting and she is amazing. Very easy to talk to and fun to be around. When you tell her what you're looking for, she does her best to get exactly what you want. She's honest and she doesn't try to talk you into going over your budget. She goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy and is in constant communication with you. She's not only my realtor but has become my friend. You won't be disappointed with her. Sadly we are leaving the area but I'm going back to her and Nortex to rent our house because I wouldn't trust anyone else to do it.
