Normandy Village

We made great memories here but honestly the apartments are tiny, bedrooms tiny... They have laundry on site and now a new picnic lounge area outside on the greens which is pretty cool. The area has lots of stores. I can't tell you that the schools are very good it's one of the main reasons why we moved from the area. Nonetheless a nice place to start off.

Lived here for around 2 years and there’s both pros and cons to this complex. I primarily picked this place because it was close to my job and was pet friendly. The pros are that the maintenance man Manny is fantastic and is always around getting to know the residents and has helped with a couple electrical issues I had with my apartment. Also the location in regards to how close it is to public transport and the down town is amazing. Some of the cons are: despite it being a pet friendly complex there only recently was dog disposals waste bins put in and still there are only two for the whole complex. Also dogs can not be off leash at any time but there’s also no space provided for them to run around (my last complex had a fenced off area). They also give you these beautiful entryways to t

I’ve never had such a great experience renting an apartment as I did with Normandy Village. The entire process was easy, fast, and best of all stress free! And that’s all thanks to the property manager, Stephen, who is AWESOME. He was responsive, helpful, professional, kind - all the things. As for the property itself, the grounds are clean and very well maintained, not to mention in a great location, and my apartment is beautiful. I also really appreciate how they don’t charge you for every little thing on the planet like many other complexes out there. There’s no hidden fees or costs or surprises. JCM Living manages a ton of other properties and after my experience at Normandy with Stephen, I would definitely recommend renting from them. I will for sure be looking at other JCM propertie

Watch out and make sure you ask questions monthly to management regarding your lease and plans. This apartment complex has one of the worst managements ever. Before moving out I spoke to management monthly for at least 3-4 months about renewing a lease before I finally gave them a 90 days notice. The manager(s) at no time passed on my inquiries and i did everything that needed to be done the right way. Only to find out that they had renewed my lease without ever speaking with me even though I constantly asked about it. Then afterwards they decided to charged me extra rent on a month to month lease (even though supposedly my lease was already renewed) before I moved out. And to top it off they decided not to return my 1600 security deposit.
