It's a great place to live most ppl here are very friendly , great neighbors and the kids absolutely love the play ground management and staff are always willing to help in any way they can and are very supportive. I really like it here and you can't ever hear the apartment next to you ( very rarely) my grands favorite part is the holiday interactions they provide a lot of family activities no other apts in Lamar do that.
Lived here back 1992 moved back Roswell NM my brother was pastor there back then at victory chapel church
