I absolutely love this place! I spoke with carter and he helped me get exactly what I wanted/needed in an apartment. I toured a Emilee she answered every question I needed and was very polite , they are both always there for questions and anything you need. I absolutely love this place 100% recommend

This is actually a 1 star review but made it 5 stars so you can actually see this. I usually don’t even write a bad review but here we are sadly. I reached out about this apartment that I saw on apartments.com room 706 which was a loft listed for $1500 which I thought was an insane deal for the rice as the pictures showed. Call them to see if they would work with my credit situation( bad credit) to my surprise they were able to work with me and I toured that next day. I get there and the loft wasn’t the loft shown in the pictures they have listed online on several listings sights. That didn’t bother me because I assumed it was too good to be true. But the loft that I toured was actually super nice just super small compared to the one I thought I was going to look at. We discussed that th

Good area with everything I need around me. Walls are thick, I can’t hear my neighbors. Love the concrete finish and layout. When I need anything the property folks are super responsive!

Very disappointing experience. We clearly agreed on this specific apartment for $900 a month. I waited for more than a week, sent all the required documents, and was told everything was fine. Then, at the very last moment, they suddenly raised the rent to $1100 and claimed that the apartment we had been discussing was already rented even though we were talking about that exact same unit from the beginning. If they take too long to respond or keep delaying, don’t wait — look for another company right away. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with them.

very walkable to everything and a good area. The move in process was SO quick and easy. Units are cute and modern. Would recommend !
