Simple put: Rob is the best. By way of background we have done many large projects including building an entire house from scratch. We have worked with many contractors and NONE have come close to the experience we had with Rob (and his team). He was always available, very insightful and his attention to detail and perfection is unmatched. We never had to worry about going over budget and Rob always made us feel that we were his top priority. We will never do any additional work to our house without Rob being involved.

When we were in need of contractor to a complete a complicated addition to our home, Nordic Construction was recommended by our Engineer and further endorsed by the Building Inspector of our town. Working with Rob Knorr, proprietor of Nordic Construction, far exceeded our expectations. He and his competent, hard-working, responsible, and pleasant craftsmen provided quality work. In addition to following our designer and engineer's plans, Rob suggested modifications (based on his experience), that significantly improved the project. We were fortunate that Nordic Construction was available to complete the construction on our home.

Rob, and the folks from Nordic Construction, are truly top shelf. The boss, Rob Knorr, is an engaged, intelligent, innovative builder, with an eye towards quality and invention. After you've defined your project and your ideas, be sure to ask him for his opinion. It's a good way to save yourself time, money and aggravation. Once on the job, he and his sub-contractors consistently deliver economy without sacrificing quality, while holding disruption of your life to the minimum possible. If you couldn't tell by now, I'm a fan and recommend Nordic Construction wholeheartedly.

We first used Nordic Construction over 20 years ago to build a garage on our house. They did a wonderful job - it matches the 100+ year old house perfectly. Since then, they have replaced the siding, windows and doors, put a new roof on and renovated at least three bathrooms. The workmanship is wonderful and Rob Knoor and his team are great to have around, which can't be said for all contractors. Most recently, Rob sent Tim (who had been on the original garage job) over to replace an exterior windowsill that was causing a leak. It was nice to see one of the old gang back here. I can't recommend them more.

We have been fortunate to have work with Nordic Construction as their electrical contractor on many renovation and alteration projects. They are professional, organized and extremely easy to work with. We would be proud to continue to work with them in the future and will absolutely recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for excellent quality general contractor. They focus on details and demand the highest quality work for their clients.
