NOON Ingram

Ive been moved in for 2 months now & honestly I have no complaints. I love how luxury the complex is but at a more affordable price. No issues YET with loud neighbors. I love the amenities. My apartment feels like home. Its in a great location. When I need maintenance they come the same day or the next day. I do have one little issue. Management can do better with communication. The hallways & elevators needs to be cleaned everyday, when it gets dirty they eventually clean them but to keep the building looking nice it should be done everyday. This is only my 2nd month plus they are brand new so I'm praying its stays like this.

I moved to this location Noon Ingram. I met with Marquell Thomas first, then I met Candace, Burnett. I was totally surprised with all the amenities. A pool, a gym, a computer room? I was in total heaven and then a 60'+ flat screen tv hanging up for the guests. How could anybody say no? Pets are allowed Amazing.. When I had a problem or question, it was Miss Burnett that made me feel like she heard me and broke everything down for me to understand. I literally told her. Now, I understand why you are a manager because when people don't understand and confused, you know how to calm down and explain everything about whatever's going on. Horrible Application process took over 3 weeks. Moved-in September, literally 1 month in, my car was stolen from the parking lot. They don’t have any of the mandatory things up and running. They give you a mailbox key, but mail is not delivered to your box. They accept and hand out all mail, which means you can only receive your mail when the office is open and not at your convenience. They email you when you have mail along with their office hours. When you come to pick up your mail during their office hours, no one is there and the office is closed. Same with any delivered packages. There is a package delivery room, but none of the tenants key fobs have access to the room. So you can only get your deliveries during office hours. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Noons Ingram in Virginia. As a military member, I felt discriminated against throughout the entire process. The leasing agent, Ebony, was unprofessional, repeatedly gave me the runaround, and even sent me someone else’s personal documents after requesting a statement from me. This is a serious breach of privacy and completely unacceptable. Communication has been terrible...phone calls rarely get answered, and when they do, staff seem unaware of what is going on. I have been dealing with this for over a month, and it has been nothing but discouraging. What should have been an exciting process of finding a home turned into unnecessary stress due to poor management and lack of accountability. No one should have to go through this level o

Ms. Candace and Ms. Mo are amazingly patient and kind! Both individuals at this location have been great with communication and continuing follow-up via phone/email. They eased any anxiety or stress, while completing and going through the applicant process for approval/denial. Also, they were welcoming of walk-ins to show the property to friends/family. Much appreciation:)
