Hi! I rented my apt through Ryan and immediately recommended him to my friends moving to NY from MD because I had such an amazing experience. He takes pride in finding you the next right home. He drove me from apt to apt! Told me about the building, costs, neighborhoods and why he thought it was a great fit for me. He was right because I absolutely LOVE my apt!!! He never pushed me into something I wasn’t feeling. He’s cool, nice, down to earth and has much knowledge about NY. Moving to a new neighborhood can be difficult in NY so he gave me a list of bars, eateries, comedy cellars and more. He’s also always there for ANY questions you have no matter if you think they’re dumb. 100% recommending Ryan to you and anyone and everyone I know.

Normally finding an apartment in this city is a hellish nightmare, but Steve made it easy and seamless. As soon as I contacted him with what I was looking for, he had multiple beautiful apartments lined up for me to look at within the day. He went out of his way to accommodate all of my specific requests and I appreciated his honesty about the pros of each place. Highly recommend Susy Hackett specifically, she has lived in Brooklyn since the 80s and is omniscient when it comes to navigating market complexities and had a keen sense of translating my requirements into a sequence of viewings that made it relatively easy to make an informed decision.
