Have to give a shout-out to Anthony Bennett at Nooklyn who has helped me and my flatmate secure a house not once, but TWICE (we just signed a lease for the second house)!!! Anthony made sure we had a smooth application process and was always available to answer our million questions, also acting as a great intermediary between us and the landlord. Moving in New York is a hell of a process and having professionals like Anthony on your side really do make it less hellish....and....dare i say...almost pleasant?? I had an amazing experience working with Bilal Ishtiaq. This was my first time moving to NYC and one of the very first apartments I toured, so I was definitely nervous about the whole process. From the moment I expressed interest in the building, Bilal was incredibly efficient, proactive, and responsive. He answered my questions with patience, helped ease my nerves, and went above and beyond by taking measurements for me and letting me visit the apartment in different lighting. so I could feel confident in my decision. The entire process was seamless with an impressively quick turnaround. Bilal truly made signing an apartment feel stress-free, and I’m so grateful for his support. I worked with Dominick who was incredible. I saw a listing and had a unique circumstance so wasn’t sure if I would be able to apply. I love the apartment and was upfront with him and he agreed to work with me to put together the strongest application possible. Within days I had approval for a killer space. I had a lot of questions which Dominick was perfect at responding quickly by text and email. Even on the weekend nights. I can’t recommend nooklyn and Dominick enough. Also Dominick has killer style which I appreciate—a true Brooklynite.

Do NOT waste your time. If you’re looking to move into an apartment in a timely and professional manner, skip this building and management company entirely. I viewed a unit nearly two weeks ago, sent over all my documentation, followed up multiple times, and all I’ve gotten in return are vague updates, delays, and radio silence. At first, it was exciting the apartment looked nice. But trust me, that excitement dies QUICK. Management is unresponsive, unorganized, and does not respect applicants’ time. They will ask for documents, get what they need, and then ghost you or keep delaying with no real answers. And let me just say they’ll probably respond to this review just to protect their fake 5-star rating. Don’t fall for it. The system they’re running is built to frustrate serious rent
