NOMA Flats

I've been here about a year and I love the place. Good size, good price. The pool and location of the apartments is great too. Tankless water heaters are awesome. I got Spectrum to replace the entire line down River Dr so the internet has been super solid ever since. Only issue I've had has been maintenance being a bit flaky sometimes but management is better than anywhere I've lived. I've texted management after maintenance flaked out and they had people at my apartment within an hour to fix stuff. So good. Would recommend.

Apartments look nice. Gate seems broken and no one is ever in the office to answer questions or show me a place. Guess if it is that hard to reach to try to move in, must be real hard when you live there. What a shame.

Decent size for the price but the location is iffy. Pool is always dirty and when new management came in they promised a bunch of upgrades and renovations that were never fulfilled. Management doesn't take maintenance seriously and you have to constantly remind her that you need something. When my washer broke she ordered me a new one after 3 weeks of not having one and told me I would have to get my old one out and install the new one myself. After living here for a year our ice maker never worked despite putting a maintenance request in the month we moved in. Parking spots are "labeled" but have been changed so many times you can't tell what number they are in some spots and nobody has done anything to revamp them even though I was told they would be. Also no lights in the parking lot

Lived here for 6 months while purchasing a home. Hot water did not work anytime the outside temperature dropped below 32 degrees. Needed a place on short notice. Required a months rent for deposit despite my excellent credit. Moved out 52 days ago. Still waiting on refund for deposit. Every time I contact Noma Flats, Stacey, I am told the check is in the mail.

Did some remodeling of a 3 bedroom 2 bath, turned out beautiful. Gated community with pool in a great location near down town Columbia.
