Love my home and this neighborhood is huge and nice . I had to come back and edit my review because after staying here almost a year, I can give you a more honest review because I been here long enough to know. The material they use to build the homes is cheap. Plumbing is not that great and already my garage has issues openings. I’ve stayed in $289k+ homes to 400k to know the difference so I’m not talking out the side of my neck. I honestly hate HOA neighborhoods but I’m renting so I’m not stuck with dealing with it for a long period of time. It’s a good experience though because when I’m ready to buy, I know what to stay away from. The paint inside the home is awful. If I simply lean on the wall, it’s leaving a mark. I’m still thankful to God that I’m living there though, I really am. Th

The agent that showed us the house was polite, knowledgeable, and attentive. Unfortunately, the company seems to only be interested in making money, and it shows. For instance, they only have 3 cabinet options to choose from to "customize " your home. When you choose cabinet color, it determines all the other options in the home (such as flooring, paint, counters, etc.). Speaking of counter tops, they are laminate! These homes start in the $300k range, which is understandable in this matket. However, at that price point, I expect some type of real stone counter tops, at the least. I could rant all day about the corners they're cutting to maximize profits, but instead I'll just say I understand they're a business. I understand that a business' goal is to make profits, but that

If this place has an HOA, ask for a refund. I may be biased since I (prepare yourself) hate HOA's. Had to pick up a colleague so they could get to work since the roads weren't maintained after a recent snow storm.

It's a nice little community. Have made deliveries here and most people seem quite nice
