NOBO Apartments

We’ve been living here for over four months now, and I truly love it. The community is quiet, the amenities are fantastic, and the appliances are brand new, but what really makes this apartment special is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. During the recent snowstorm, they even offered free underground parking, and not having to shovel in the freezing weather was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The team consistently goes above and beyond and hosts events that help bring the community together. I especially want to recognize Rob, who has been nothing but kind since the moment we expressed interest in the apartment. Worst living experience ever. The building has paper-thin walls and almost no sound insulation, so you can hear everything, dogs barking, upstairs footsteps, and constant noise that feels like it’s right above your head. Management has been irresponsible and unresponsive. We raised these issues multiple times, both in person and by email, and nothing was done. Every day there’s a new issue, and it just gets ignored. Completely unacceptable.

I recently moved into Nobo Apartments and have had a very positive experience so far. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming living environment. The property overall is attractive and thoughtfully cared for. The staff are friendly, professional, and responsive. They have been helpful throughout the move-in process and continue to provide excellent customer service. I appreciate their professionalism and attention to residents’ needs. Overall, I am very satisfied with my new home and the management team at Nobo Apartments.

We’ve had a very disappointing experience living at this apartment complex, primarily due to poor management and low building quality. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Communication from the management team has been consistently disorganized, unreliable, and unhelpful. Getting clear answers or timely support has been extremely difficult throughout our time here. Although the complex advertises itself as pet-friendly, as pet owners, we’ve received repeated complaints about normal dog behavior, including occasional barking as our pets adjusted to a new environment. For a property that allows pets, this has felt unreasonable and stressful.
