I contacted Mike a few days prior to the date we were requesting and he was super responsive to our request and was able to accommodate us for the date we needed. His inspection was extremely thorough and he was very detailed in his notes and observations, and we had the report back in a timely manner. Mike Tebeau conducted a home inspection last week on a property we are buying near New Market, Md. He was detail oriented and was very knowledgeable of plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems. He was professional and his final report was well written, detailed and informative, and uncovered a serious safety problem

Mike did a great job. I needed a home inspection done quickly in Frederick, MD. The property was a large, old structure and he was able to get there and perform a thorough inspection on my timeline. Nice use of experience, knowledge, and technology.

Missed two critical and costly items that should have been caught at inspection. 1. Did not identify that in ground pool required a full barrier to meet local code. 2. Did not identity that underground propane tank was too close to permanently installed grill to meet NFPA codes. Both should have been identified at time of inspection and have cost significant amounts of time and money to resolve after already having closed on the property. Highly suggest using another company if you want a thorough inspection
