I've been living at Nobl Park for about 7 months now. My experience has been wonderful. The property is so pretty and feels like a park setting. The management is so nice and very attentive. Even the maintenance team is great. Everyone I talk to has nothing but good things to say about Sherry, the manager, and Meghan, the assistant manager. I think it's because they themselves are residents of Nobl Park, so it feels more personable. I met Sherry and had a tour of the property a couple of years before I actually moved there. I knew then that when the time was right, that's where I was going to live. The apartments have more of a condo feel that than of a boxy apartment, which we also really enjoy.

I lived in a two bedroom unit for 2 years. Much to my surprise I thoroughly enjoyed living there. Having come from living in my own house for the prior 11 years I expected the transition back to apartment living to be uncomfortable at best. However, living at Nobl Park was the next best thing to having a house. While nothing is ever perfect, the pricing, vaulted ceilings, having an attached garage and the nearly inaudible neighbors made made for an unmatched atmosphere no other apartment complex could match. Sherri is honest and blunt business manager but also kind and generous human being. If I ever had to go back to apartment living, Nobl Park would be my first choice, hands down.

I've lived here 18 months and love it. Quiet, well managed complex. Each apt has a garage w/opener. I like the wood cabinets and trim; they give a nice warm feeling. Sound conditioning is exceptional, because these were built as condos in the 1980s. Can't think of a thing I'd change. Many improvements made since I moved in: buildings painted, vinyl windows installed, wood fireplaces converted to natural gas, new garbage / recycling enclosures built. Very responsive to maintenance requests. Sure, the appliances etc. aren't the newest, but they work just fine. I would recommend this complex for other mature adults. Apts work very well for roommates, too.
