This is going to be a long review because this whole complex is ridiculous. Y’all decided to “upgrade” the balconies by painting it black to be “more modern”, when my appliances and cabinets are falling apart in my apartment, and all they did was put another board under to hold it up?! Also had to replace my microwave myself that was rusted and being held together by tape because the leasing office basically said that’s not their problem. Rats upon rats and roaches upon roaches. I keep my space clean so they’re definitely coming from nobhill’s old walls. How do you want to modernize the outside but not keep up with the inside of your units? You claim that you want to cater to college students but the tenant has to own the vehicle in order to get a visitors pass? How does that make sense wh

Can’t have quests overnight as they do not provide guest passes of any kind. They ruined my Thanksgiving bc of this as we had family coming in from out of state to stay with us and when I reached out they informed me that is not something they do. I don’t know how they want to appeal to college age students without providing basics as in guest passes. Secondly they closed the laundry rooms the whole week of new years. When people are wanting to go into the year with clean homes and everything cleaned before the end of the year, they made it impossible for their residents since they decided it was a good idea to close the laundry rooms that we pay for to use with the rent. I am.still here and so far my experience is not good at all. I remember when I moved in , a very quiet neighbor asked me if I am going to stay long. I didn't understand at first but now yes. The guy living on top of me is making my life miserable, yes someone will tell me to move out but it's not that simple. Everything starts around 11pm if he is not working that night. I mentioned once to the leasing office , they told me.to call the cops , calling the cops they are telling you to.call the management.my point is did you guys knew , that particular tenant makes noise ?( not loud tv , not music , but dumping i don't know what kind of instruments on the floor. I like nob hill apartment because it’s kids friendly. Amanda has been so helpful and considerate from the beginning of my application process till and she’s the reason why I even gave them 2 stars. Reasons why I didn’t give them 5 stars is because parking is policy is insane! So, I am assigned to a parking spot, but they keep towing my car saying that my parking permit expired! It’s not like I parked at a wrong spot. I parked my vehicle at my designated parking spot so I don’t see the reason why they should be towing my car all the time. What’s the point of assigning a parking spot to the residents? This parking and towing thing would be the reason why I’ll move out at the end of my lease!!!

The Nob Hill apartments are very nice to live in. The service of the office staff is excellent. The buildings are kept very clean. The laundry rooms are modified. I love the area for my daughters. We recommend it 100%. I love it because it is a very quiet area.🫶🏻
