Nob Hill Apartment Homes

Moved here in May 2022, I truly do not have any complaints at all … I see persons complaining about the staff not answering the phone etc, which is quite understandable for myself. I have walked to the office on numerous occasions and the staff is always busy, doing tours of apartments and assisting residents who are actually in office. Sometimes we complain too much. Anyways, the grounds are always clean, they recently did a little upgrade on the playground and it is very beautiful. The laundry rooms that I have been to are always clean. The complex is well lit at night and I don’t have any issues with noise. My apartment is beautiful and everything works. I actually love this place and the staff up to this day are pretty friendly. I love Shannon in the office, she is heaven sent! Updat

In short.. these apartments were cozy and very nice inside. Part of me wishes I renewed my lease but there were also a few cons I experienced while living here, which leads me to the longer version. PROS: amazing amenities including pools, brand new gym (very nice!) Remote access to your door and thermostat, maintenence is quick to respond and the staff is very friendly. CONS: the gate always has issues whether its the gate malfunctioning or tons tenants not having keys or codes so there have been times the line leads into the street, you are right off Linbar&Harding so there is alot of noise from surrounding traffic and dont be surprised to hear a few gunshots every now and then because its not the safest of areas, they are kind of strict about alot like what you can and cant have on your

I’ve had a great experience living at Nobhill Apartments. The maintenance team is outstanding—always quick to respond and very professional. Anytime I’ve had an issue, they’ve resolved it fast and with great attitude. The property is well-maintained, and the management is friendly and helpful. It’s a quiet, safe community and I’m really happy to call it home. Highly recommend!

The grounds at Nob Hill are beautifully maintained, but what truly made my visit memorable was the leasing agent, Heather. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine patience transformed a simple tour into an experience that felt like coming home. Heather’s deep knowledge and thoughtful approach made all the difference—she’s the kind of person who instantly puts you at ease and helps you see the true potential of the place.

Been living here for 6 years and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The amenities, like the pool and gym, are well-maintained and add value to the living experience. The leasing office staff has always been helpful and responsive to any concerns. While the location is convenient with nearby shopping centers and restaurants, traffic noise can be noticeable at times. However, the sense of community here is strong, and I’ve enjoyed attending the organized events.
