NK Homes

NK Homes are good quality homes. I love our model and the build of it. My home is very comfortable to me and my family. I have enjoyed living in our home thus far.

They built us a beautiful home. And Dennis kept to his word to finish the house before we arrive in Virginia if weather permits. The only thing we had a problem with was everything was an up charge and there was only 1 light allotted for the kitchen. But other than that, we had no issues. They are very responsive. Sherry is very sweet and had a lot of information for us. Great build/ will recommend

As first time home buyers myself & my partner are beyond satisfied with the process and experience with NK Homes and all of their associates! We honestly had no issues, the process was very smooth, all deadlines were met, communication was excellent. I would purchase with NK Homes over and over!

Note that NK Homes is not a member of the Better Business Bureau and for good reason. They have exceptionally poor customer service and will not complete or make repairs noted at closing or noted on a 1 year warranty punchlist. Buyer BEWARE. We have a new house built by NK Homes that was built too low on the site and most rains flood our crawlspace and garage. NK Homes refuses to do anything to correct the site drainage issue. NK Homes has also dragged their feet on several items noted at closing that we were told would be completed in no more than 30 days and after 1 year, they are still unresolved. DO NOT close on a home by NK Homes until every last little item is addressed, because they will ignore any promises they made. Be prepared to delay closing by several weeks as well as

I absolutely love my house! It’s an amazingly built home. Of course it has the small imperfections, such as, drywall cracks and nail pops, but they have come out and corrected at our one year mark. Just before our one year mark, we had an inspector come out and look at our home, the inspector found ONE... yes, you read that, one MINOR thing that could be corrected, but was not issue that could, or ever affect our home (thus we did not care to have corrected). The inspector even told us, “wow. This is a very well built home!” The build process was a little complicated, not due to the builder, but the on site realtor.
