It is very sad that Nitti does not stand behind the homes that they build. Many issues needing attention and nobody seems to care. One passes the problem to another. These are brand new high end homes! If the new owner has an issue, the builder should address these issues IMMEDIATELY, not several phone calls and emails later, if ever!! Beautiful homes with very little attention to details.

Monsterous homes n very nice modern touch... but the lots are tiny n the homes are right on top of each other that you can probably see n smell what's cooking for dinner! Lol... cant imagine the amount of that monthly hvac bill

Well built homes with character. Small lots, but most people who buy here want house not grass.

Delivered trees and plants. Look like will be nice subdivision. Houses going up fast.

Construction looks like it's going well; the model homes are looking beautiful.
