Nine and Pine Apartments

I've been living here for about three years and I absolutely love it! The building is nice and clean, the location is perfect, and Irina and maintenance are absolutely amazing! They are always willing to help and are really friendly and kind. I've really enjoyed my time here and would never want to live anywhere else in Seattle~

I've lived here for almost three years and have never once thought of moving away. Irina, the leasing office manager, is so friendly, caring, and attentive and really makes me feel like I'm in good hands. The rent prices are also extremely reasonable for the area and square footage (spacious units compared to many other places in Seattle), and my rent has not increased since I moved in. The location is really convenient since the building is close to Captiol Hill, South Lake Union, and the Westlake lightrail station. I recommend Nine and Pine to anyone looking for somewhere to live in Seattle :)

Having lived here for just over 5 years, I have honestly nothing but great things to say. I've rarely needed to create a maintenance request, and when I have, it was done the same day. Everything works, the lobby and common spaces are kept clean and look nice, the the staff are super friendly. I will not be moving until I purchase a place of my own - highly recommend!

Irina’s work ethic is astounding. She goes the extra mile and more to ensure you have a 5-star experience. For the first time in a while we feel like we’ve found a home.
