Nine 15

My roomate and renewed our lease this fall and continue to love living at Nine 15. Over the past year, this building has continued to improve from an already great starting point. The maitence team is INCREDIBLE, sometimes they come to fix requests within a matter of hours. It feels safe in the building despite being downtown. The apartment hosts throughful community events and communicates changes in a timely manner. At first it was difficult to get in contact with conereige but this has imrpoved as well. Overall, the apartment continues to improve with time and is a great place to live.

Working with Rylee at Nine 15 Apartments was truly an amazing experience. She made the entire leasing process the easiest I’ve ever gone through. Rylee was extremely communicative and incredibly thorough in the best way possible. She sent a detailed email outlining every single step needed, so nothing was ever confusing or missed. What really stood out was how thoughtful she was. She even included reminders for setting up electricity and internet, along with other helpful options and services that Nine 15 provides to make moving in seamless. It felt like she genuinely cared about making the process stress-free rather than just getting paperwork done. If you’re considering Nine 15, I can’t recommend working with Rylee enough. I toured Nine15 and had a great experience. Talia was very helpful and did an excellent job showing me around. The amenities are impressive, and the property is well kept. I still have a few more places to see, but I was very impressed with her service. So far, has been the most responsive and open to communicate with during this process of making my decision on what property is best for me to move in.

If you like warm showers you will hate this place. I originally was not going to leave a review this early into my lease (5 months) but after traveling a bit for the last months I was reminded just how god awful the showers are here. You get about 30-60 seconds of lukewarm water and then you’re stuck with room temperature water for the rest of your shower. It’s never hot. I pay $2500 a month in rent, it’s absolutely unacceptable to have a worse shower than the last 3 holiday inns and best westerns I’ve stayed at 🤦🏻‍♂️ also think twice before signing on a high floor because there’s almost always at least 1/3 elevators broken because somehow a building pulling in hundreds of thousands of dollars a month can’t figure out how to maintain them. This is an honest review of Nine15 apartments. I have been living here for 3-4 years now. I can maintenance is usually on point. If there is something that needs to be fixed it gets fixed timely. The gym is nice. The unit is pretty nice as well never had a bug issues or anything of the sort. It is also centrally located which is a plus. The downsides are the homeless situation is ridiculous and they do not seem to do much to handle it. There are people outside who flash people often. The carpets in the hall way can get pretty dirty and they do not change them often. At least one of the elevators is always broken.
