Nieuw Amsterdam Village

Nieuw Amsterdam Village is a wonderful complex to reside in! I have resided here about 9 years. The maintenance worker's do a wonderful job in fixing whatever needs to be addressed in your home. The office staff is friendly and always helpful! Nieuw Amsterdam Village keeps the property clean and beautiful to look at. It's quiet and the neighbors are friendly, helpful and honest. I love residing here!

I leave here for 10 years I went to the office and I said the apartment needs an inspection they came over and they replace everything that needs to be replaced amazing experience this is the right place to live the stuff is excellent by instance when i first aproach AD one of the supervisor he was very nice to me along with Bill and Sandy i was told anything i need and then they sent Mr: Juan Rojas maintenance tech neat polite attention on the detail and honest

I lived here for two years and had a great experience. The leasing office was always very attentive and friendly. The maintenance staff was great as well - the few times I did have issues with anything in my apartment they were always on top of it. I really appreciated how they could work and do inspections etc. when I wasn't home also. Apartments are nice and updated as well. The only thing I really had an issue with was controlling the temperature in the colder months because I didn't really have control over the heat. Not sure if every unit is like that though. There are cheaper places to rent at but here there is a great staff, the apartments are nice, and the residents are generally quite friendly and quiet. I would definitely recommend renting here.

My husband and I have lived at the Nieuw Amsterdam Village (NAV) complex for almost 10 years. We loved our initial experience as the team including Sandy was very pleasant when we inquired about renting an apartment. However, we were unable to view the apartment we were moving into because it was occupied at the time. Presently, I believe the apartment complex has a model rental apartment for future tenants to view which is appreciated. I have mixed feelings about my time at the NAV complex. I would on occasion have to call the rental office multiple times to check if my maintenance request was submitted or even placed in the system. The maintenance worker came when I had a problem in my apartment. He was fast, efficient and very pleasant. These workers here are really dedicated to making tenants feel comfortable. I like that.
