Nicole is great at her job! In the busy world of real estate Nicole always made me feel as if I was her only client. She was attentive to my needs and understood my family's dynamic. She was compassionate through the process and answered the phone, day or night. She even helped on moving day because of the complexity of my situation. She is a true gem who listens, communicates, does right by her client, and is very responsive. Even my kids (still in grade school) commented that they hoped Nicole could be their real estate agent when they buy a home because she connected with them as well. Overall great experience and I would (and have) recommend her to buy or sell.

Nicole Hamming gave me several pointers on things I could do to make the property more presentable to potential buyers. I took her advice to heart and got busy making changes/improvements since I was new at this. The house went on the market on Dec 3, and although I was a little skeptical about any interest during the holidays, we had 23-24 showings within the first few weeks; we closed on Jan 10.
