Let me start by saying Nicole is the best! When I made my move, there were states between where I was starting and where I was going to end up. That can make things difficult at times. Nicole however was the calm in the storm that I was going through with selling my home. With everything being delayed and sometimes put in doubt with me selling my home, Nicole kept things moving forward with the party I was looking to buy from. Nicole is a pro! She was knowledgeable, steady, patient and had a sense of urgency that was needed with every curve I received on the other end. I could not imagine my purchase ever happening without Nicole! In the end I could not be happier with my home and I could not be happier with, and I say this sincerely, the partner I had in Nicole.

Nicole bent over backwards to help us by a very nice condo. The sale was complicated and she did all the legwork and negotiations for us. She was always willing to show it to us, our friends and relatives on very short notice she did excellent work.
