★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional Conduct I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I found working with Nicole to be extremely difficult due to their consistently rude and demanding behavior. Communication felt one-sided and rushed, and instead of receiving helpful guidance, I was met with impatience and a condescending tone. I understand real estate can be high-pressure, but professionalism and respect should never be compromised. Everyone deserves to work with someone who listens, communicates clearly, and treats others with basic courtesy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Nicole. I would not recommend them.

Nicole was an excellent realtor. Within 24 hours,of the Referral submission from Veterans United she had reached out to me.via text & email.We began looking at houses and putting in offers very quickly. She is straight forward with all information with no sugar coating . The search was difficult due to market limitations in the beginning but then we started looking at new constructions. She was able to get the offer in for my new home the same day. She was really involved all the way to closing including working with the builder McGuinn Homes, the lender and the closer. We are/were first time homebuyers with a very short window that we wanted/needed to close in due to an unexpected rental lease ending. She listened to our wants (a big yard, not being on top of our neighbors) and managed to find a beautiful *new build* in the 'country' for us on 3/4 an acre! She not only helped us secure a quick closing (21 days from the time we first looked at the home to closing!!) but was able to negotiate the purchase price AND some funds towards closing costs for us! Nicole was very knowledgeable and responsive when we had questions, even if it was late, and if she didn't have the answer, she found out for us or pointed us to who we needed to talk to (lender questions). Nicole and her team were amazing to work with! Anytime I saw a house I liked, she was prompt in getting more information or getting us scheduled to see it. Nicole is extremely smart and has great strategies to get your offer accepted on the home you want! (We put in 3 offers and 2 of the 3 was accepted-we just changed our minds on the 1 house). McKenzie was a trooper as well-we lead her on so many house hunts and she never complained. I will definitely reach out to Nicole again if we ever decide to sell or buy another home in the area. Nicole is a true professional. We were so happy to have her represent us as buyers here in West Columbia, SC as we are new to the area. All went well as we bought into a new subdivision, that is until the builder started changing closing dates. Our closing date was changed because of a series of "supply issues" a couple of times. That was not a real problem for us as we had anticipated some change to the closing date. However, when the builder proposed a later closing date yet again, Nicole went to bat for us. She used her considerable influence to get the builder to complete the work on our home so that they could meet the then-existing closing date.
