Nickel Creek

I’ve been living at the Nickel Creek community for the past three years. Due to the annual rent increases, I decided to move, even though management was open to negotiating my lease again just as they did last year, when they worked with me to find a rate that fit my budget. Unfortunately, I had already made the decision and signed a lease elsewhere, closer to my job. I’m truly sad to leave because Nickel Creek is one of the best apartment communities I have ever lived in. Maintenance is always on top of everything, goes above and beyond, and is consistently professional. I have an emotional support dog, and the community is very pet-friendly. There were one or two minor situations with irresponsible pet owners, but nothing that reflects poorly on the community, neighbors, or overall envi

We are really enjoying our life here in these apartments. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, everything is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized to make daily living comfortable. It truly feels like home, and we appreciate the care that goes into keeping everything in great condition. A very special mention goes to Vladimir. He is always there whenever we need help — friendly, attentive, and quick to solve any issue. Knowing that Vladimir is around gives us peace of mind and makes us feel genuinely cared for. We are grateful for the wonderful service and are very happy to call these apartments our home.

This was the best apartment complex I've lived in! They have a great staff to keep everything running smoothly. I have to give an extra shoutout to the maintenance team that is always on top of everything. If you are looking to live here, note that there are a lot of families with children. Parking is limited so I'd recommend getting on the waitlist for an additional parking space. The washers in the apartments are very small, but they do have full sized washer/dryers available as a shared amenity.

If I could leave zero stars I would! WARNING! DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS! They have no parking for their residents. I come home from work and never have a parking spot and they tell me I have to park on the street. This is the reason I am moving out and will never recommend anybody move in. They have more future resident parking in the front office than they do their own resident parking. Horrible management!

Nickel Creek has been extremely thoughtful and attentive to my needs. The maintenance team is fabulous; they can handle any problem; they are efficient as well as kind!.They are really good at their jobs! The office staff and management team are so humanly kind and understanding. I enjoy living here at Nickel Creek! Especially, Svetlana, she is an amazing Assistant Manager as well. Nickel Creek apartments are really spacious and extremely nice on the inside! Whenever I had any issues they've been more than willing to discuss it with me and to find a good solution, which is rare in landlords. They are also GREAT about allowing pets as well! Make Nickel Creek your new home!!!
