Nickel Creek Apartments

I turned in three maintenance requests on Friday morning and by the end of the day, Michael had come and taken care of all of them, efficiently, and in a very friendly and respectful manner as always. He’s the best! I’ve been here 12 years and Nickel Creek has always been very responsive to my maintenance needs.

I have never written a negative review before, but I feel a moral obligation to warn the Tulsa community about the deceptive tactics used by Nickel Creek. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I wish I could give no stars. Initially, I had a great tour with Katie and decided to apply. From that moment on, the professionalism vanished. I was handed off to an untrained staff member who provided inaccurate pricing and failed to confirm basic details. I spent weeks calling and emailing both the office and Case and Associates corporate, but I was met with total silence. With only one week until my move-in date and zero confirmation on costs, I was forced to find another apartment. Katy was very helpful in helping me decide which floor plan I wanted to go with! If you’re looking for a great place to live this is where I would recommend! Clean and management get things done.

Maintenance is always on time, and the location makes everything super convenient…. close to Tulsa Hills shopping like Target, Best Buy, and tons of great restaurants.

I moved into these apartments February 1st of this year and they have been great.! It’s peaceful , quiet and has a great atmosphere. I even like my neighbors. I have a balcony and carpet I love it.! Rent is even reasonable for a one bedroom.!!! Very spacious. I would definitely recommend someone to live here.
