This was our 2nd time working with Nick - we worked with him in 2014 when we bought our coop apartment. Nick was fantastic both times we worked with him - he is always very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable about buying/selling in Bay Ridge. Nick gave us good advice about how to best stage our apartment for photos/open house, and we had a full-ask offer within a week of having an open house. It's never an easy process to sell your home, but Nick guided us through the process and made it as painless as possible.
