NHH Berry Apartments

It's been at least a month since I toured the property. They told me if interested to send my check stubs over and I did. A week later no response so I took it upon my self to go and get an update, because I never seem to get a hold of anyone! I kept leaving my contact info, but no one reached out to me. Finally I filled out the application and had to wait another week to see if approved. Again it's been like I said a month since I toured the appartment no call backs, no messages, but I have been getting emails from energy providers to see if I'm ready to sign up for an apartment I do not have. I also had to complete a pet application which I did days ago, and still nothing. The appartment looks nice. The urgency to get people into homes is horrible. Just had to vent while trying to find a

Now don’t get me wrong the apartments are nice, no complaints about the staff, and the quality of the apartment. But the area around is very sketchy and neighbors cars has been broken into. Another thing I have had problems with neighbors, very noisy and disruptive.Thank God we finally have security so now I feel a lot safer. But 1 thing I don’t like is you can’t decorate your porch. They claim it’s “fire hazard”. I agree and disagree because a doormat is not a fire hazard especially since it’s not in the way of anything or anybody. Now other things like bikes or trash cans I can agree on. I was excited to decorate for the holidays since this is my very first apartment. But I guess I will have to wait until I move on to my next place. But all in all these are some very nice apartments and

The property itself is nice and has a lot of potential, but the biggest issue here is the constant noise from children who are not being supervised. There are many parents here who do an excellent job keeping their kids respectful and under control — but unfortunately, they also have to suffer because of the few who allow their children to run, stomp, scream, and play in the hallways. Which echos into the apartment units. The nonstop hallway noise, yelling, and heavy stomping (especially from upper floors) makes it difficult for residents who simply want peace and quiet in their own homes. People pay good money to live here, and everyone deserves a respectful living environment. Management needs to address this issue and hold the irresponsible parents accountable. I been living here 4 &1/2 months and I love everything about my apartment. Maintenance have efficient. The staff in the office, especially Korina! She has been awesome!

I had a great experience with the leasing agent Ms Etosha. Her professional is through the roof and her communication skills are top notch. It was super hot outside yet she took the time to walk me around the property giving details of what is what as well as the rules of the property. To have someone take their time to reassure & know that safety is the priority, I applied knowing I’ll be good living in a this property
