I’ve had such a great experience renting with NFI Property Management! I’m currently in my second rental with them, and it’s been smooth and stress-free from the very beginning. Emily and Chase are absolutely wonderful to work with—always professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled immediately, which makes such a big difference as a tenant. They truly go above and beyond to make sure their properties are well taken care of and that tenants feel comfortable and supported. I couldn’t recommend NFI Property Management more highly. Renting from them has been a pleasure, and I look forward to continuing my experience with them!

When I called with issues whether it’s toilet or grass issues, they were resolved. The pest control was great they use. The people they had to cut the grass I wish were better but hey it got cut. Brian the maintenance man has an off putting attitude but he is helpful if you can get past his non friendly customer service . I would have stayed with them but I needed a bigger place . I would definitely rent if given the opportunity. The leasing process was very easy and straightforward. Lots of perks with the benefit package. Thank you guys! We work with this property management company through Cynsational Clean, and they consistently keep their properties clean and well maintained. Chase is always easy to get ahold of whenever we have questions or need clarification regarding a home. Communication is always open, and payments are consistently on time. It’s been a great company to work with.
