Nexus at Sandhill Apartments

Save your money and time before you rent here. They consider this a luxury apartment complex, but they fix nothing here. They have one lazy maintenance supervisor who does nothing but cancel work orders; nothing gets done. When you move into your apartment, it is not ready. Things will not get done. Please read this before moving here so you don't end up like me!

Applied for apartment 2 months in advance only to be completely disappointed the day before moving. Communicating with staff is very difficult! Phones go unanswered, they take a while to respond to emails and if you decide to just go up there, then office may be closed. There are 4 rather unique units that don’t become available often, but somehow I managed to snag one! The night before my move in, I went to pay my rent, get keys and clean prior to movers. When I walked into the apartment I was absolutely disgusted! The floors were scratched and had not been replaced, the walls, appliances, everything was disgusting! No one had walked through the apartment and they were really gonna let me move into a filthy apartment. Of course, I gave them the key back and said I did not want the apartme

The worst part of living here was dealing with the incompetence of the management. I lived there for 1 year and the management seemed to change every 3 months. I also had to do 4 different forms of payment while I lived there because they kept changing the application that it was done through. I would send 5 emails over the course of 2 weeks asking the same question and after getting no reply, I would finally take time out of my busy work schedule to call and the management would act like they had just received the email. When I moved out I was told that my final bill would be taken out of my direct deposit and the rest would be returned to me, but then I was told that an accounting error was made and my deposit had been used towards my first months rent and I was now responsible for pay

I had an amazing experience with Chloe as my tour guide. She provided excellent customer service and care, as well as the assistant property manager. Overall, I had a great experience and they all deserve raises! So sweet & dedicated to their work!

The Maintenance team had my emergency work order resolved quickly. My experience has been fantastic in this community. Again, thank you Nexus at Sandhill team for always going above and beyond.
