Jennifer Moore was exceptional! We listed our home and she went above and beyond to help with the closing. She even went to Lowe's to purchase material for repairs on day of closing when we were working. Every step was communicated and showed up at closing to make sure all documents were correct. Highly recommend!! Thanks for the professionalism and hard work!!

It is unbelievable in the 21st Century that this realty company would refuse to unclog a blocked sewage problem at 608 Greenland Drive because they refuse to pay the emergency plumbing fee that has been going on for two days, until they could get a cheaper appointment. They are claiming that the owner, Mr. Hampton is refusing to pay this fee. However, this is the second time and 4 months that we have suffered the "stink of feces floating up" in the bathtub, commode, kitchen sink, and bathroom floors of this property. At the first occurrence after a month of residency, we have been blamed for clogging up the sewer. Today, we have not been blamed, we are not granted any RELIEF.

I would never recommend this company. Very bad experience with an employee named Jennifer Lockhart. Most disrespectful employee ever.

Shouldn’t and doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Started the process of trying to buy a home with Lori. Got approved. Got a slightly higher one a couple months later from what Pam (mortgage lady) had explained. Tried to find a home. Lori and mortgage lady both stopped ALL contact with me. Neither tried to reach out to me. Neither tried to further assist me in finding a home. Lori stopped sending me homes to look at so I had to start doing it myself. Don’t know why I enlisted either of their help if I was just going to do it on my own. I tried reaching out several times and BOTH NEVER got back to me! Highly disappointed and let down by both Lori and mortgage lady. Ruined my dreams and hopes of owning a home
