NexGen has been a light in the storm. Dealing with USAA and how are restoration was handled was a mess. USAA has left us without a basement since August. Any other contractor could have easily said screw this, its not worth the fight. Finally, in January NexGen got our rebuild approved. USAA sucks and I don't recommend them to anyone. As a military family the way USAA has bent us over after paying them to take care of us is wild. I am so grateful to NexGen for his resubmissions and dealing with agent after agent. Nolan recently helped us with restoring the storm damage at my sisters home and also getting things fixed to sell my dads. He was great. He worked tirelessly with the insurance to get us the best coverage, and he integrated the work with some renovations my sister had wanted. When we had questions he was always willing to return our calls and come take a look. The work quality from his subs was excellent, and timely. Cost seemed comparable or better than the market.
