Nexstar Title & Escrow

I have had the pleasure of using Nexstar Title & Escrow services on five different occasions in the last past 12 months. They served both Buyers and Sellers as a settlement agent and the closings successfully completed. In my 20-year career as a Realtor I have had the opportunity to use prestigious title companies and Nexstar Title & Escrow is definitely included in my list of best Title companies to be used. Professional and reliable.

I love using Nexstar Title. I have been using them for many years. Everyone in the office is very professional, courteous, and efficient. They notify you every step of the way through the title process to get you to the closing table on time and to make sure the buyer and seller have a successful and happy closing. It is always a relief to know that Nexstar Title and Escrow are in charge of doing the closing. They are all talented professionals dedicated to the complicated tasks and challenges of a real estate transaction. On my most recent closing, Annette and Jonette were amazing. What initially looked like an easy deal became quite difficult, but Jonette was always one step ahead in solving the problems as they appeared. It means a lot to be treated with respect and patience.

I used this title company and was not made aware that the covered parking space that was assigned to my unit was actually being sold while I was under contract and without my knowledge. The title search was done yet no one advised me of the secret deal that was going on. I am stuck in a legal battle with my association because they are refusing to give me parking rights to the parking space that was legally recorded to the unit that I purchased. Had I known that the sellers were selling the more valuable parking space, and taking a smaller uncovered parking space, I would have renegotiated or pulled out of the deal. Isn’t that the reason you hire a title company? I now have a defective title on my property. I’m losing money each day because I technically don’t own a parking space. After

Thank you to Nexstar Title And Escrow for helping to close a very difficult transaction. Another title company was working on the transaction and it was a bumpy road to say the least. We transitioned to Nexstar and the condo closed on Friday, The team at Nexstar always goes above and beyond and continuously exceeds expectations. Nexstar is rated 5 stars in my book!!
